The Membership & Grievance Committee (M&G) has decided to implement some board moves starting March 1, 2021. As of Friday, March 5, 2021, all board moves are completed.
As of March 5, 2021, moves have been authorized from:
B to A
C to B
T to C
R to OO
(READ THE APPROPRIATE BULLETIN/ATTACHMENT BELOW TO SEE WHO’S MOVING AND WHERE YOU NEED TO CALL TO PICK YOUR SPOT ON THE BOARD – DON’T CALL US IF YOU HAVEN’T READ THE ENTIRE BULLETIN!!)
Do not come to the Local 500 Office or the Despatch Hall to affect these moves.
MOVES FROM OO TO T ARE DONE DIFFERENTLY!!
NOT ONLY READ THE INFO LISTED BELOW, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENTIRE BULLETIN/ATTACHMENT FOR THIS BOARD MOVE!!
No workers listed on the OO to T attachment will be moved until they:
* fill out a Local 500 Personal Information Sheet (you must know your SIN-Social Insurance Number)
* sign a Dues Check Off Form
These forms are available outside the Local 500 office on our paper stand. Once completed, deposit the form through the mail-slot in the door. Forms deposited through the slot prior to 2 PM each day will have their move slips sent to the Despatch Hall that afternoon after 3 PM. View the attachment to see where you need to call to pick your spot on your board.
Forms put through our mail-slot after 2 PM will not have their move slips sent to Despatch until the following afternoon after 3 PM.
