Congratulations to all the hard workers who made the board move.
We are looking to reward the hard workers and, at the same time, fill shortages.
Moving forward, starting from the first board move of 2024 – a seniority year will NO LONGER qualify you for a board move. (Seniority Year = 800 hrs)
You will need to achieve 80 percent of your board’s year end hours to qualify for board advancement. For example, if your board’s year end average is 1450 hours, you will need to achieve 1160 hours to qualify for the move.
- If your board’s average hours are lower than 800 hours, you will need to achieve 100 percent of your board’s hours.
- If your board’s hours are over 800 hours and 80 percent of the average is under 800 you will still need to achieve 800 hours
