Once a board move is ready on our end, we will be sending a bulletin to the Hall.
If there is no board move bulletin in the Hall, there is no board move ready. Again, no bulletin, no move yet.
Be patient and check the hall every couple of days to see if your board’s move is posted. We will be doing different boards on different days so the bulletins will not all be posted at the same time. Again be patient and check for additional bulletins every day or two.
Each bulletin will advise whether or not you should come to the Union office to complete paperwork, including having your SIN, or whether you should go directly to the Despatch Hall as we’ve already sent the appropriate paperwork to them. Make sure to follow the directions posted at the top of each bulletin. The directions are not all the same.
Once the bulletins are posted and should you have an issue in respect to not being on a particular list you should address your concerns to the Membership and Grievance Committee, the M&G, on Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm. Please do so in person. Do not simply call in. The M&G is the only body that can answer your questions in respect to board moves and they are only in the office on Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm.
