OPEN TO UNION MEMBERS ONLY
- Must hold the rating and have significant hours doing the job.
- Must hold the rating and be able to train at all applicable sites, including the Waterfront Training Centre.
- Must complete a 2-day BCMEA/Vancouver Community College (VCC) Train the Trainer basic module.
- Must deliver training both on the job and in a classroom for lashing, breakbulk and steel. Trainers must be interchangeable with the 3 listed skills.

- Primarily to train fall protection safety to maintenance personnel.
- Certified tradespeople preferred.
- Must be able to deliver effective classroom and on the job training.
- Must be willing to take 2-day Train the Trainer Program put on by Vancouver Community College and the BCMEA.
- Must be willing to attend a 5-day Train the Trainer Fall Protection Program.

Please note that the successful Category Increase candidates cannot be placed on their new boards prior to Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 8:00 am. After that time, you can visit the Despatch Hall and ask the staff there to help you move your plate.
