All BCMEA vacation days for 2023 had to be booked by 12 noon on December 22, 2023. No exceptions!! None!!
This rule is set out in Black Book Document #66 (we must provide all vacation info to the BCMEA by the end of the last business day before December 25th).
We will accept vacation forms at this time of the year via email. If you email us your form, please put your name and work number in the subject line and add “Vacation Report”. Forms must be received in our email inbox (admin@ilwu500.org) by noon on December 22nd. See attachment.
