At their July 28, 2020 meeting, the M&G (Membership & Grievance Committee) passed the following motion:

MSC to temporarily freeze board moves and demotions from boards “R” to “A” due to the COVID-19 situation.  Moves into membership will continue at the discretion of the M&G.
