The Union and the BCMEA are in discussions to hand out Painters ratings to qualified individuals (final decision has not been made yet).
In preparation, the Union would like to know which active Longshore workers have a Trades Qualification or Red Seal Certificate as an Industrial or Automotive Painter, etc.
Please provide a photocopy of your certificate, noting your employee number and contact information to the Union Office, attention BA Eric Parmar.
