T BOARD MOVES ARE HANDLED DIFFERENTLY – YOU HAVE PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE BEFORE YOU WILL BE ISSUED A MOVE SLIP FROM THE LOCAL 500 OFFICE. THIS RULE ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE MOVING FROM OO TO T.
You will find below the bulletin listing the work numbers of the persons moving from OO to T as well as the paperwork you will need to complete before you get a move slip to the T Board (personal info sheet & dues check-off form).
YOU MUST PUT YOUR SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER ON THE FORM.
Bring your completed documentation to the Local 500 office during business hours. If you don’t have a printer, the documents are available for pick up outside our office.
There is also a bulletin stating how you must let the Local know whenever you go off work… you could be off due to injury/illness/maternity, parental, etc. This is an important read.
AT THE CURRENT TIME, ONLY 2 MOVES ARE BEING MADE. THE 2ND MOVE WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE END OF THE WEEK.
