The benefit office (WEBC) changed the prescription coverage provider from Canada Life to Green Shield effective January 1, 2024.

If you have any issues with your pharmacy accepting your Green Shield card, contact WEBC Enrollments at 604-689-7184 ext 3.

If you have to pay out of pocket, take a picture of the receipts you’re having issues with and email them to enrollments@webc.ca

Make sure to include your name and work number in the subject line of any email you send.
