All RWF employees must follow the “50-30-20 Rule” as reinterpreted at the June 11, 2008 Membership Meeting to mean:
“That 50-30-20 means the percentage of the jobs on the shift in each category.”
Any RWF employee not following the 50-30-20 rule on the weekends and holidays will be charged and brought in front of the M&G Committee.
The rule means that, for example, 50% of the Head Checker jobs available at Vanterm on Saturday morning must be despatched from the Hall. If there are 6 Head Checker jobs, 3 of them must be done by workers from the Despatch Hall.
The longstanding Union Rule will be enforced with extreme prejudice.
