Accepting a Call-back Over the Holiday

Executive Motion of May 17, 1993 says:

Workers can be called back over a Statutory Holiday.

  • They may call a Day-Only if called back to work on the Holiday.
  • If called back to the day following the Holiday, they may take a job out of the Hall, but must call a replacement if this job has a call-back.
  • The worker would then report to the job originally called-back on (prior to the Holiday).
