Western’s Lynnterm facility has operated with a seat belt policy and anti-idling policy for some time now.
Unfortunately, there is a poor level of compliance and Western has requested the Union advise the Membership of these policies to help make Lynnterm safer and greener.
The policies are posted at Lynnterm and we ask that you familiarize yourself with them.
Persons found not to be in compliance with the policies may find themselves facing discipline.
