tin with training options and applications are available out front of the
Local 500 office\, 111 Victoria Dr.\nFill out the application and drop it
into the large\, silver ballot box. \nAll Applications must be received
by Thursday\, December 28\, 2023 at 3:00 PM. DO NOT FOLD THE APPLICATION!
\n\nThe silver ballot box will be outside the Local 500 office doors on Vi
ctoria Drive during office hours (8 AM to 5 PM – Monday to Friday\, except
for the final day when the posting closes at 3PM). If dropping off a com
pleted form after hours\, you can drop it off through the mail slot in the
front doors. AGAIN\, PLEASE DO NOT FOLD THE APPLICATION.\nMAKE SURE TO L
