  out front of the Local 500 office\, 111 Victoria Dr.</strong></p>\n<p><st
 rong>Fill out the application and drop it into the large\, silver ballot b
 ox.   </strong></p>\n<p><strong>All Applications must be received by Thurs
 day\, December 28\, 2023 at 3:00 PM.  DO NOT FOLD THE APPLICATION!<br />\n
 </strong></p>\n<p>The silver ballot box will be outside the Local 500 offi
 ce doors on Victoria Drive during office hours (8 AM to 5 PM – Monday to F
 riday\, except for the final day when the posting closes at 3PM).  If drop
 ping off a completed form after hours\, you can drop it off through the ma
 il slot in the front doors.  AGAIN\, PLEASE DO NOT FOLD THE APPLICATION.</
