If you declare yourself and you don’t plug in, you can be fined, whether we go short or not.
A total of 71 people declared for August 7 & 12. We went short both days, and two gangs went down on the 7th. This is unacceptable.
Do not make yourself available unless you are certain to go to the Hall.
