Propose to add language passed by Membership at the October 23, 2024 Meeting.
Amend Art. II, Section 2 to Read:

(h) All ILWU Local 500 and ILWU Canada elections and runoffs are 2 days.
FIRST READING AT THE June 17, 2026 MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The second (2nd) and final reading of this Notice of Motion will take place at the September 23, 2026 Membership Meeting, at which time it will be debated and voted on if there is a quorum. Two-thirds (2/3) of the Members present at the meeting must vote in the affirmative to pass this motion.
