No exceptions!!
(this week, due to the snow, we are allowing you to access the vacation form (see below) and email it to us (admin@ilwu500.org). Again, the form has to be in our office or email box by noon this Friday, December 23rd.
If you email us your form, please put your name and work number in the subject line and add “Vacation Report”.
