BOARD MOVE FROM OO TO T (SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!!) 4th MOVE DONE… MORE TO COME)

Today is February 11, 2022… 55 workers have been moved from OO to T

THIS IS THE FOURTH (4TH) BOARD MOVE THIS WEEK, FOURTH (4TH) MOVE OVERALL!

T BOARD MOVES ARE HANDLED DIFFERENTLY – YOU HAVE PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE BEFORE YOU WILL BE ISSUED A MOVE SLIP FROM THE LOCAL 500 OFFICE.  THIS RULE ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE MOVING FROM OO TO T.

You will find below the bulletin listing the work numbers of the persons moving from OO to T as well as the paperwork you will need to complete before you get a move slip to the T Board.

Bring your completed documentation to the Local 500 office during business hours, M-F from 8AM to 5PM.  If you don’t have a printer, the documents are available for pick up outside our office.

There is also a bulletin stating how you must let the Local know whenever you go off work… you could be off due to injury/illness/maternity, parental, etc.  This is an important read.

You made the move IF you had average years seniority for the board AND you have the average hours for your board for the period January thru December 2021.  If you don’t meet these 2 qualifications, you did not move.  Congratulations to those of you that made the move.

If you have any questions, contact the M&G by phone on Fridays between 10 AM and 2 PM.

* A seniority year is any year in which you either work 800 or more hours, or in which your hours worked plus credited time equals 800 or more hours.
