If you have had to take the test for COVID-19, whether your result has come back positive or negative, you must self-isolate for 14 days from the day you took the test and contact the Union immediately.
Benefit Eligibility:
‘A’ COVERAGE
- Positive Test – Eligible to apply for Weekly Indemnity
- Negative Test / Advised to self-isolate by Public Health Official – Eligible to apply for COVID-19 Quarantine
Benefit
‘B’ COVERAGE
- Can apply for Leave of Absence (granted time only)
- Can apply for Medical E.I.
