M/S/C that Members or Casuals be allowed to work a maximum of “2496” hours in a contract year. This shall include all hours: ILWU/BCMEA, Training, Union Business, future jurisdiction and T&T hours.
To determine 2496 we use CONTRACT HOURS on your pay stub. The last week of 2019 hours will show on your first pay stub of 2020. Do not use the final pay stub of 2019 to determine 2496.
The 2019 contract year is from December 30, 2018 to December 28, 2019 incl.
