All vacation reporting for 2017 must be in to the Union Office before 12 noon on December 22, 2017.
No vacation reporting will be accepted after that time.
This date limitation is in accordance with Black Book Document #66 which states:
“final declaration for any calendar year must be received in the BCMEA Offices not later than December 24th of that year.”
As December 24th falls on Sunday this year, the latest that vacation can be reported is by 12 noon on the 22nd when our office closes until after Boxing Day.
