OPEN TO UNION MEMBERS ONLY

Must hold the rating and have significant hours doing the job.
Must hold the rating and be able to train at all applicable sites, including the Waterfront Training Centre.
Must complete a 2-day BCMEA/Vancouver Community College (VCC) Train the Trainer basic module.
Must deliver training both on the job and in a classroom for lashing, breakbulk and steel. Trainers must be interchangeable with the 3 listed skills.
