If there are 4 or less Gantry Cranes working in Vancouver, Members are free to go to the Local 502 Hall for work.
If there are 5 or more Gantry Cranes working in Vancouver, Members MUST service their home port.
The penalty for breaking the rules is: “No 502 Despatch for a period of 1 year – no exceptions!”
