Effective immediately all Casuals are required to self -declare in accordance with the following schedule:
Day Shift Availability: Between 16:00 – 20:00 the previous day
Night & Graveyard Availability: Between 04:00 – 13:30 the same day
5:45 Availability: Between 14:00 – 15:30 the same day
Should Casuals elect not to self-declare during thw allotted windows they will be dispatched last out in the hall.
Beginning November 1, 2011 there will be a weekly audit to determine those who did not comply.
Last Out Process begins December 1, 2011 – at which time there will be electronic barriers for those who do not self-declare and they will be dispatched last out of the hall.
