Some Members have been approaching the BCMEA Despatchers to be despatched before the wickets are closed. This is contrary to the terms of the Collective Agreement.
One of the BCMEA’s demands when we went into negotiations was to advance the day shift and afternoon despatch times by 15 minutes.
Any Member approaching the BCMEA Despatchers before the wickets are closed shall be replaced and charged with Conduct Detrimental to the Welfare of the union.
